 In 2003 Andy Bourne, Malcolm Chamberlain and Mike Page launched Xpect Health and Fitness. The three Xpect founders have extensive experience in the management of over 150 health clubs and leisure centres across the UK and wanted to create a unique club with a highly personalised service ethic, which in their view was missing in many other health clubs.
Andy Bourne, Xpect’s Managing Director explains, “Whilst the club to date has been successful, we are always seeking ways to improve the services on offer. We continue to re-invest in the facilities and to offer new programmes ensuring we are catering for a wide variety of people of all shapes and sizes. At the moment we are seeking an experienced professional to fulfil the role of Membership Manager. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years leisure experience and preferably qualified to degree level.
