Our Xpect Braintree Swimming Pool timetable allows you to pick the most suitable session for you. The pool is often set out with several dedicated lanes for uninterrupted swimming. There are specific times during the week when our members can enjoy a relaxing, swim or workout and there are sessions when our pool is buzzing with the noise and excitement of families, plus special parent and child slots for our tiny members to enjoy.

We run 6 popular aqua aerobics sessions per week, the perfect way to have fun and enjoy a workout without putting strain on your joints.

For those who want to learn to swim, we can also offer a base for a range of ASA approved swim instructors from the 'Splashtastic Swim School' who provide private lessons in our pool. Alexis Meechan Senior swimming instructor and proprietor of Splashtastic says "All swimming lessons are pupil centred and taught with enthusiastic dedication. Because we believe the instructor should also get wet, our swim lessons always involve the tutor and pupil working together in the pool!"

"To help incentivise the children, we follow the ASA Award Scheme, and as appropriate, badges are awarded at the end of each full term. 'All' our swimming teachers are ASA qualified and hold a current life saving qualification, a current first aid certificate, and regularly test and update their skills."
